We offer free shipping worldwide. After orders are processed (1-3 business days), it takes 3-12 business days for items to be delivered. Please note that it can take 3 business days before a tracking code becomes active.

We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive by a specific holiday, event, or the timeframe quoted during checkout. Rare world events (such as global supply chain issues or severe weather disruptions) are out of our control and can impact shipping times. On larger orders, shipments may come in different boxes with separate tracking numbers and thus arrive at different times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

  • Damaged or defective orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it for free.
  • Unsatisfied orders: If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can choose either a partial store credit for a future purchase or a refund (minus shipping fees). 

To qualify for the guarantee, please provide your order details and, if applicable, images or a short video of the issue. The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery and is no longer active after this period.

Please note that orders not delivered by a specific holiday, event date, or the estimated timeframe shown at checkout do not qualify for a refund. Rare circumstances outside of our control - such as global supply chain disruptions or severe weather events - may impact shipping times.

MISSING ORDERS:

If your order or part of your order was not delivered, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The order was sent in multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers. Due to the size of some orders, items can be sent in multiple boxes. Please check all tracking numbers provided.
  • The order is ready to pick up at the customer's local post office. Please check your tracking details to confirm this.
  • The order got "returned to the sender". Please contact us if this occurs. 
  • The order was lost in transit by the carrier. Please contact us if this occurs. 

If your package is marked as successfully delivered by the postal carrier, and the correct address was provided at checkout, but it has not been received, it is possible that your package was stolen from your address. In these rare cases, we advise you to file an investigation with the postal carrier and your local non-emergency police. Since there is no way for us to verify that items were not received, we cannot issue a free replacement or refund. 

WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED:

Our warehouse processes and ships orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have received your shipping confirmation email, our warehouse has already processed and shipped your order, so there is no way to change the shipping address. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, send us a message at support@breckandfox.com, and we will try our best to change the shipping address. 

If you provided the wrong address and the order has been delivered (or the address is deemed insufficient or incomplete by the postal carrier), our company is not liable for the item and cannot issue a free replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES:

Our warehouse processes and ships orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have received your shipping confirmation email, our warehouse has already processed and shipped your order, so there is no way to cancel or exchange the items. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, send us a message at support@breckandfox.com, and we will try our best to cancel the order. After orders are delivered, we are unable to exchange them. 

CHARGED EXTRA (CURRENCY CONVERSION): 

Please note our website operates in US dollars as the default currency, so any differences may be due to the exchange rate if your bank is located outside of the United States or does not operate in US dollars. The currency we use is displayed at checkout. 

ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS:

If you did not receive your order confirmation email or tracking information email, please check your spam, junk, and promotional folders. We have been informed that certain email providers have new filtering mechanisms that incorrectly sort emails as spam or promotions. If you still cannot find these emails, please contact us at support@breckandfox.com.

After being warned several times, if a customer continues to send inappropriate messages, we will discontinue communications and not be held liable for your order, as this goes against our Terms of Service.
